This is my eighth year at Schoolcraft. I was hired to teach all students the specific skills that are needed to help create a positive and safe school environment. I firmly believe that if we truly want to create safe and thriving communities, we must teach peacekeeping skills at home and in the schools. I am currently a licensed Social Worker and RN and have been teaching conflict management skills for sixteen years. My passion for my work comes from seeing the number of children who learn, practice and incorporate these skills into their lives, and from recognizing that these children are our models.
