Thank You Crew!
We are honored and humbled to share that, for the second year in a row, our community has voted us Best School in Bemidji! And on top of that, we are thrilled to be recognized for Best Teacher, Jonni Shough, and Best Principal, Alyssa Kruger. These awards are not just about our school, they’re about the incredible people who make up our Crew.
Every day, our students, families, staff, and community members show up for each other. You cheer us on, support our programs, and trust us to do right by the students. It is because of you that our school and community can thrive. Your belief in our mission fuels the work we do, the creativity we bring to the classroom, and the connections we nurture every day.
Being recognized in this way is a reminder that education is a team effort. From classroom lessons to community events, parent volunteers to staff who go above and beyond, every member of our Crew plays a role in making our school the place it is. These honors belong to all of us, not just the teachers and leaders, but to everyone who cares enough to show up, every day, for SLC.
