Hello SLC Family!
Our annual Winterfest is coming up on Friday, February 27th, and we’re excited to celebrate winter together! Winterfest is a day-long celebration featuring outdoor activities such as winter games, sledding, snowshoeing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, a campfire, and time to warm up inside with hot cocoa and music.
We’ve already experienced some cold stretches this year and as always, winter weather can be unpredictable, so please be sure students come prepared with all necessary winter gear to comfortably spend the day outside.
While Winterfest takes place during the school day and is designed for our students, we always welcome parents, guardians, and alumni volunteers to help make the day a success. Alumni who are under 18 and/or currently in high school will need a parent or guardian to complete and return the attached permission slip by February 25th.
Parents or alumni over the age of 18 can sign up by contacting the front desk or emailing Lauren.flier@schoocraft.org to complete a background check.
